Guest Speaker Bio:
Crystal Salinas graduated with her Masters in December 2022. She is currently living and working in the central coast of California. She's been in the field of ABA for 7 years, she found this field through her passion for helping others. She is currently a mid level supervisor at a great company, where they service clients with diverse needs in home and clinic settings. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys many self-care rituals, enjoying time with family and spending time outdoors.

About Your Host:
Maryssa McKenzie, M.S., BCBA has worked in the field since 2014, starting out in the school districts, in-home, and center based locations. She traveled with the Global Autism Project in 2017 to Nicaragua with the SkillsCorps team to get international experience, and then she volunteered in 2019 with a center in Guatemala. Maryssa is passionate about working with children and ultimately loves facilitating social groups and working through effective behavior management interventions.
