Samantha "Sam" Hightower is an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of expertise in the field. Since earning her certification, she has dedicated her career to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, families, and caregivers.
Ms. Hightower commenced her journey in 2013, offering direct ABA services to children aged 2-12 and their parents/caregivers across home, school, and center-based settings. Her passion for the field propelled her into a Program Director role, where she honed her skills in supervising behavior technicians, treatment planning, report writing, and developing comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
With a deep commitment to her clients' success, Ms. Hightower derives great satisfaction from empowering children to achieve independence, develop essential skills, communicate effectively, and providing invaluable support to parents. Her areas of expertise encompass sleep behavior, social skills, and executive functioning skills.
On top of her clinical role at Joyscape, Ms. Hightower is apart of the admin team as the teams “Project Manager”. She is passionate about supporting her colleagues and collaborating with them on all committee/Joyscape projects.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Hightower values quality time with her family, exploring local parks with her children, and embracing outdoor activities that promote a balanced lifestyle.
