Michael Quan, M.Ed., BCBA
Behavioral Program Director
Michael has been in the field of behavior analysis since 2013. He obtained his Bachelors in Psychology in 2012 and then his Masters in Education in 2022. Michael has held all 3 certifications with the BACB, starting as an RBT, then a BCaBA, and most recently a BCBA. He has experience with various populations, providing services to early learners, focused treatment with adolescents and adults, and experience with social skills programming and daily living skills to promote independence. Michael also has experience with severe problem behaviors, providing intervention in group home settings. Michael’s passion for seeing his clients and caregivers progress together fuels his desire to stay in the field. Seeing clients make progress with providers and demonstrate these skills with caregivers while out in the community keeps his passion going.
When Michael isn’t working, he enjoys relaxing at home, binge-watching a captivating television series (or the dependable comfort show), or listening to music. He also enjoys rollerskating, hiking, and taking care of his plants. Michael is a huge animal lover and does not hesitate to ask random strangers if he can pet their dog.
