Brynna Ledford, M.Ed., BCBA

Executive Director

Brynna Ledford is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a background in Developmental Psychology from U.C. Berkeley. As she grew as a clinician, Brynna truly began to believe in the science and power of naturalistic, child-directed ABA. She started Joyscape Therapy in order to further focus on her passion for this therapy model. As a Continuing Education (ACE) Provider, Brynna has created CEU events for BCBAs and BCaBAs, led group trainings of over 50 people, and collaborated with STs and OTs to create multidisciplinary trainings. She is extremely enthusiastic about supporting the next generation of ABA therapists to be empathetic and ethical clinicians, who are able to skillfully implement naturalistic ABA.

When she’s not working, Brynna loves to swing dance! She teaches Lindy Hop at a few local venues, and her favorite part is social dancing to live jazz bands. (You may even catch her showing her clients a step or two!)
