Abby Allen, M.A., BCBA

Behavioral Program Director

Abby is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She discovered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014. She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Jose State University and continued to work as a Registered Behavior Technician before becoming a mid-level supervisor. She received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University in 2020 and obtained her BCBA credential in 2022..

Abby has worked with children, teens and young adults ranging from ages 2-22 years old and has experience providing support in home, school, clinic and community settings. Abby is passionate about helping others become more independent and collaborating with their families to help achieve meaningful changes. Abby’s favorite areas to target are communication skills, social skills and parent training. 

In her free time, Abby enjoys going on hot yoga, adventures, exploring new places, going on walks with her dog and spending time with her family and friends.
