Alyssa Di Dio, M.S., BCBA

Behavioral Program Director

Alyssa Di Dio has been working in the field of ABA since 2014 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2020. Her experience includes working with individuals with Autism and other pervasive disorders.

Alyssa has been working with children with various developmental disorders since she was in middle school and high school, volunteering with the Special Olympics, the Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area, and other various organizations. In 2014, Alyssa began working as a Registered Behavior Technician providing direct ABA services to children for home-based, clinic, and school services. As her passion for the field continued to grow, and she saw the immense impact services made on the growth of children, she decided to pursue ABA as a lifelong career. After moving to Chicago to attend The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and graduating with her Masters in Science in ABA, Alyssa pursued a Program Director position. In this position, she gained experience creating behavior intervention plans, treatment and goal planning, providing parent training, and supporting and supervising behavior technicians as they worked with clients. Alyssa finds joy in this field watching her clients gain confidence through increased independence, improved functional communication skills, and development of play and social skills.

Outside of work, Alyssa can be found enjoying time with family and friends as much as possible. She enjoys weekend adventures hiking, exploring, listening to live music, and playing with her dog.
